Let me just tell you. When I found this recipe a few years back, I had no idea that it would be my all time favorite. No jokes, people, this is the best Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe ever. And I wish I could credit whosever recipe this is. And if its yours? YOU ARE AWESOME. I've done my fair share of chocolate chip cookie recipe tryin'. And I've found some good ones. But this one just does it all for me. Soft n' chewy. Just the way I like it. And guess what? I'm gonna share it with you.
I'm so nice.
The Stuff:
2 1/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1 {3.4 ounce} package instant vanilla pudding mix
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
The Doing:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sift together the flour and baking soda, set aside.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar. Beat in the instant pudding mix until blended. Stir in the eggs and vanilla. Blend in the flour mixture. Finally, stir in the chocolate chips.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
And then share them with your neighbors. Or secretly eat them all by yourself, which is usually what I do.
